I am planning on take piracetam for my entire lifetime because without it my speech is laggy people can't understand me enough if i dont take it a half day. I take big choline doses and AChEI donepezil 2.5mg every two days, and 5mg memantine because i am a mentally disabled people, i have memory problems(especially from low cortisol, I take cortisone for it) and chronic fatigue, i gonna sacrifice my life to become limitless&invent the best stack, which i can get in my poor country. One of my friend sent me 2 tablets of 100mg modafinil and the tariff passed it and i tried out 50mg=nothing 150mg=nothing. Piracetam is like an energy drink to me. Now i say fuck myself, i dont know what the hell is wrong with me, I had two choices to get limitless&own the entire world for a few hours, and then modafinil didn't worked but it was a reliable generic from the pharmacy. cannot get most powerful noots i am very obsessed to limitless movie i want to get smart and better then everyone and fast. I dont know what's wrong with me i am wondering should i prescribe Ritalin....
Here is my review. I've been taking Piracetam daily for 5 days now, the dosages I use are 4,8g at ~09:00 in the morning and another 4-4,8 at ~15:00. Thing is I usually take a ~2h nap in the afternoon, but after I wake up for some reason I feel a hangover-like nausea and a bit of face numbing for 2-3h. Am I doing something wrong? Is there something I could take to eliminate those side effects?
I am relatively insensitive to most drugs but 9.6g/day would be too much for me. Piracetam, and the majority or racetams share this characteristic, has an inverted U shaped response curve, so going too much can be as bad or worse than too little. The trick is to experiment with dosage until you find the peak of that inverted U. Also, even if you don't get a racetam headache, choline improves the effectiveness. I take 300mg of CDP choline myself and that seems to work very well for me. Lastly, Piracetam is the weakest of the racetams. It also has the lowest side effect protocol, but at some point you may want to add a stronger racetam to your stack. For myself I've found fasoracetam to be the most effective, different people respond differently though so you may have to experiment with several. Initially I needed about 20mg to get a reasonable response from fasoracetam but now I get good results from just 5mg. Fasoracetam has inverse tolerance to it, very unique in that respect. The longer you take it the less you need. I've been taking it for about a year now and now I only require 5mg. If you do not respond to fasoracetam, I would recommend coluracetam. it is of similar potency to fasoracetam, but costs about 50% more. Both may seem expensive but since you need so little of them to be effective, the daily costs are actually quite low.
For me this all started with piracetam four years ago, needed something to aid in keeping energy levels up for 8am upper year courses while also improving cognition. Unfortunately was not quite prepared for the extreme insomnia which caused a massive crash, so eased down from 40 grams a day. It definitely helped out with productivity though, pulled a massive A- essay on PD out of my backside lol
So I spent the majority of my night combining Modafinil
with Piracetam and a choline supplement, and here are my thoughts:
I feel that the combo is highly effective. The combination of memory improvement with skyrocketed focus is helping me to get through this book on Tudor England (reading marathon on hold until school is finished, as I am preparing for a history class being offered in the Fall quarter). I put on a nicotine patch earlier, but it came off while I was exercising (at that time, I used a scoop of a pre-workout supplement).
Now I want to stay up until the morning so that I can finish this book. The reading process is much easier than if I were to not have the Modafinil (or Piracetam) at my disposal, and my overall sense of mental clarity is pretty solid, especially after struggling with smoking for a couple of days.
I don't think I'm going to do this combo often during school sessions since I value my sleep, but when I have some time off or if I need to power through some history, I'll consider turning to the Modafinil/Piracetam/Choline stack next time.
As far as long term effects, Piracetam eliminates or at least substantially attenuates tinnitus for me and the effects last for several months after I stop taking it. Fasoracetam builds inverse tolerance, that is it takes less to get the same effects after a while, and that lasts for some time.
My long standing theory is that racetams have a small effect with choline, and most of the pronounced effects are from the choline source. For example, using piracetam and citicoline gave me pronounced cognitive effects, but there was no difference when I used citicoline without piracetam. This effect has persisted each time I try with or without, suggesting to me that choline is the factor that is increasing my cognition, not piracetam.
A lot of people only use racetams with choline sources and so they may simply be getting these effects from their choline of choice in general. I'd argue that most people could skip the racetam and go directly to a potent choline source instead and reap the same benefits.
Keep in mind the literature on racetams is extremely limited and weak in individuals who are deemed healthy, and most of racetam effects are tested on individuals with strong cognitive deficits. The same can be said for most choline supplements however, but the available evidence base in healthy individuals is far better than the piss poor literature conducted on healthy individuals using racetams
I definitely feel as if noopept has had a cumulative benefit. I also feel like Piracetam is able to heal some sort of damage that occurs over time (I drink a lot, enjoy herb)--I don't always benefit from taking it, but after going back to it year after year sometimes there's a catchup period where it works better than anything else...and then stops after a month or two.
For 3 years now, I have been experimenting with nootropics. Below is my short review. Like most, Piracetam was my gateway and have since used Lion's mane, tooth club moss and a few others. While the results were noticeable, they were short lived even after I upped the dosage. For example, I went from 2.4 grams of Piracetam per serving to 6 grams while taking choline. Aside from the racetam headaches (from too little choline) I experienced a slight boost in cognitive function - the speed governor was removed. Answers came faster, reaction time was reduced and I was a bit more productive. But for the money, I was not getting the 'bang' so to speak. So I stopped taking it for a while and noticed something.....interesting. Prior to taking Piracetam, I was somewhat, an active blogger with an average typing speed of about 23 wpm. After using piracetam (and coming off it), I retained an increased, average typing speed 40 wpm. It is as if using the piracetam facilitated the growth of new synapses and strengthened old ones. Perhaps I got the boost I was looking for after all. I am an enhanced man for supplementing with nootropics but my evolution is far from complete. Time for some 'next level' stuff!
Today I have big improvement in my cognitive skill tests, i doubled my points, i see intelligence improvement. My mathematical, and problem solving skills are on the top. I taked double dose of nicergoline(60mg) with 200mg caffeine and 4800mg piracetam (i also taked fish oil, rhodiola, tyrosine ) and i eated some dextrose tabs. My mathematical skill is came back to somewhat normal, i can do calculations much more better. I can recall old memories easier, and random words come up in my mind of some remain's of the old physics and chemistry lesson's which i didn't payed attention. I am planning to take 60mg of nicergoline and after one week i will reduce it to 30mg. I feel okay, no side effects.
In my experience, nootropics are the closest thing to limitless, I actually experienced some aspects of the changes what happened in this movie. nootropics+willpower=limitless.
Taking piracetam is changed my life, I got the effect from the nootropics. I have a better memory, better concentration, i am so much productive. I think i got the noopept's effect because my memory is better a bit, and i can write mooore articles i write so much things without distraction. I was a mentally retarded, and I became more smarter then i was with piracetam, and other noots that i take but mainly piracetam. My baseline is wery weak i am at alzheimer level.
piracetam has nothing to do with histamine its a cholinergic in basic. Btw, when i tried modafinil its didn't work for me even in 50-150mgs, no wakefulness, but it was pharmaceutical version of moda. In my life i never got headaches randomly i have when i have a reason to it...btw headaches of piracetam are fully gone i just feel a little head pressure but i dont know. And I did a very great stack which allowed me to perform 150-200% at my work and increased my salary lol. I ordered noopept and it will arrive soon... with oxi and cdp choline i dont know what it will do to me but it will be amazing if i got headache i just take choline.
This day i feeled myself lost the game, that i don't care if people said i am lazy and i gonna get homeless, and die by starving but when taking my piracetam dosage i increased it up to 10g i just increased to 4 g in the morning and now i taked the another 4.8 g I think I feeled the increase in GABA and i got a head pressure feeling. I went trought my best work performance result in 4 hours: tying together 800 cables with Modafinil 150mg(pharmaceutical, but i am a nonresponder)+7-8G of Piracetam+400mg Sulbutiamine+200mg Pyritinol..... Today review: I tried: 4.8 g of Piracetam and 5mg memantine, 30mg nicergoline, I went even further. I also need less food, for more work nicergoline decreases hunger. I did more than 1000+ cables tied together my entire personality improves.... In the 4 hour work i do so much work with the cables even more than in 8 hour workers did....I work in a lamp factory where people with disabilities working... The colors are so much amazing and depression went away i guess i got my mood...I gonna do everything that i can do to became the perfect version of myself... i have so big plans.... I ordered noopept and oxiracetam, cdp choline. There is so much thing that i could achieve... i think in big plans i will publish my book from nootropics soon and i gonna get rich fast. When i arrived home i taked 1000mg of bitartrate choline and 500mg of CoQ10 my leg is still hurts(because of varicose veins) but i am okay... i think i gonna survive this.... i can make through this. I gonna get bigger salary i do the maximum performance requirement every day
I would like to talk some people who know piracetam well, and experimented on theirselves. Today I had headaches from piracetam Taked 4800mg lecithin+750 mg choline bitartarate and I am fine, no more headaches, a feel myself a lot brighter, happier. I did everything to power up piracetam, because where i live its a poor Country, I cannot get most powerful smart drugs. and i want to keep going on and i am interested in knowledgeable people to talk a little. I still want to take piracetam for my entire life because i like it :D I would take nicergoline too if i would'nt have cortisol deficiency, and i take cortisone for this problem. I will ask my pharmacy doc, that i can take nicergoline too because i think adverse effects would be rare, because the catecholaminergic effects but its cool stuff too.. I actually can say piracetam made me as myself today, and changed my personality.
Alzheimer people use it all nootropics Like Piracetam vinpocetine nicergoline, ginkgo and donepezil, etc. Some time i taked together all stuffs i have, but they sedated me, because I think this was because my brain is overwhelmed. I have Raynaud syndrome too, its very hard to warm my cold fingers again, but Nicergoline seem to be effective in that way, i tried some vasodilator but no effect for my Raynaud syndrome. My skin and my eye are not yellow-ish. I have a very good neurologist doctor that he supports me any way, he prescribed me memantine, and everything what i want but expect those drugs what are risky. Nicergoline comes in a 30mg pill form just look like an NZT pill, but orange colored, and maybe smaller. I am Piracetam free on the second day, it seems like i can leave it fully, but now i have a sad mood, and depression.
I have a question regarding fatigue, headaches, and nootropics.
I'm currently doing Bulletproof coffee in the mornings, a low carb/paleo (ish) diet, and taking Choline, Piracetam, and Aniracetam in the morning, and a second Piracetam in the afternoon. Two cups of coffee in the morning, one to two in the afternoon.
The Piracetam is awesome. It's like a motivation injection. In the past week, I've lost 7 pounds, done more exercise than in the last ten years, and come up with several products and content upgrades for my business. I feel like I'm already taking NZT.
However, I'm still exhausted. I went through a whole blood workup and checkup with my physician over the past few months, and have no major issues that would cause the fatigue. I've had it since working nights as a 911 dispatcher years ago. I get 7-9 hours of (good) sleep, but could easily sleep 16 hours if I had no responsibility. I have five children, three under 10 and I home educate. I'm also an author, and need to be not only awake and functional, but extremely productive during the day. The coffee works for a time, but I crash hard after awhile and have to drink more to function. I hate this inconsistency, but the thought of headaches from weaning myself off is daunting.
I just got a prescription for Modafinil, 100mg. I'm concerned about how it might affect me. I'm small - 4'9", and I'm prone to migraines, tension and cluster headaches. The choline has helped immensely, as have supplements like magnesium and CoQ10. My biggest concern will be feeling overly wired and appearing like I'm tweaking or something. How noticeable are the effects to outsiders? Will I be a wild hopping rabbit all the time? Should I be concerned regarding my propensity for headaches? I'm getting ready to launch a book, podcast and video series, and really want to remain as normal in appearance as possible.
What are your favorite legal nootropics that are available without prescriptions and why? For me I'd say piracetam, although I'm still not sure it works. I know it doesn't hurt.
As for racetams I tried piracetam, aniracetam, and oxyracetam. I also tried hydergine since it's supposed to intensify aniracetam.
Even though the others are supposedly more effective I didn't notice any difference. I noticed a difference between piracetam and nothing, but it could just be the placebo effect. It wasn't like a bolt of magic lightning
piracetam and aniracetam. Aniracetam causes some kind of come down, or down regulation after heavy use(this is based on personal experience mind you)Though noopept can mess with ones mood temporarily after cessation the only other substance it can be contrasted with is piracetam which produces massive insomnia noopept however has caused quite the opposite
Pramiracetam typically gives me a bit of robot-brain, but it looks like they've taken it out for the new formula. Overall this was noticeably effective, and did a good job of keeping me focused through my long workdays. The dosages were on point and well balanced. Since the formula has been changed I'll skip specifics and say that I like how noots.co builds their stacks, I like their new initiative to "personalize" their products, and I like that they promote performance tracking to let users see the results.
Why my memory is being so bad? I stopped taking my stack for 1-2 days, and i had to start it again because of memory problems and i was so tired, i couldn't do my job. I taked piracetam oxiracetam and noopept but mostly noopept and oxiracetam in the last week. I also stopped taking memantine. My productivity is so much decrased, i need to take my stack again. Soon I will run out of noopept, and oxiracetam and cdp choline and i can't order because the powdercity raised up the shipping cost...This day i started again my best combo: Piracetam+Nicergoline+fish oil+choline+rhodiola+tyrosine+memantine but my memory is not improved, still soo bad, i forget everything. Can noopept or oxi cause that? I don't have enough money for them I can't order again i will run out. This day i taked oxiracetam and noopept too but the increasement in memory is nothing, my memory is still so bad. The last day before i stopped i taked all noots which i had and it had positive effects on my memory, i had 10-15% photographic memory, which is now fading away and memories from the past came to me intensively now all this thing is bullshit and i've lost the train of photographic memory. I take nootropics for memory improvement and fatigue, now i also take adaptogens like ashwagandha to help me with cortisol.
